Marpol accidental oil outflow extension released |
|

May 1st, 2010 We are pleased to announce the release of our new Marpol oil outflow extension according to MEPC.141(54). This new extension calculates the accidental oil outflow parameter for vessels with an aggregrated fuel oil capacity of more than 600 m3. This oil outflow parameter is calculated for both sides of the ship. More details regarding this new extension can be found here.

Newly delivered ''Fugro Searcher'' receives DELFTload |

On 12 March 2010, Fugro took delivery of a new-build survey vessel, the MV "Fugro Searcher". The high-tech survey vessel was build by the German shipyard Fr. Fassmer GmbH & Co. KG located near Bremen.

September 24 2009 Delftship likes to welcome its latest new client, Fr. Fassmer GmbH & Co KG. Fassmer is located in Berne/Motzen in Germany and builds high speed vessels, ferries, work vessels, navy ships, yachts and life boats. Currently the "Fugro Searcher", a 65 m. offshore survey vessel is being build for Fugro Aberdeen. See the Fassmer website for more information. |

DELFTload™ heavy lift extension raises the bar. |

October 26 2009 Delftship delivered the first two out of three new DELFTload™ heavy lift extensions to Hartman Marine Shipbuilding. It has been installed on their new heavy lift vessel "Eendracht". It also replaces the conventional ordinate based software running on sistership "Deo Volente". The new extension has been developed in close cooperation with both the shipyard and owners of the vessels. |

Hartman Marine orders DELFTload™ for heavy lift fleet |

June 27 2009 Hartman Marine has ordered 3 licenses of the DELFTload™ loading software for use onboard their entire fleet of fast heavy lift vessels. The first vessel, the "Deo Volente" has won the Dutch Ship of the Year award in 2007. It has quickly proven to be so successful that two other ships are now under construction. The first of these two ships, which will be named "Eendracht" and "Pacific Dawn", is scheduled to be put into service before the end of this year. |
