Implementation of the probabilistic oil outflow calculation according to MEPC.141(54). This extension calculates the accidental oil outflow performance ("Oil Spill Index”) of a vessel. Only a few parameters need to be specified by the user. DELFTship automatically identifies small tanks (less than 30 m³) which may be omitted from the calculation.

The calculation is run for both sides of the vessel simultaneously. The total oil outflow parameter being the average of the outflow parameters resulting from both port and starboard side damages.
